1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cinda website and your purchase of products from Cinda Clothing Ltd ("Cinda", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, browsing our website, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it. All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the Cinda name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Cinda Clothing Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

4. Products and Pricing

We try to ensure that all descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to photography and display settings.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

5. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the item(s) in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation email, which acknowledges that we have received your order but does not mean it has been accepted. A contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your order, at which point we will send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.

Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our Delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Your Right to Cancel and Returns

If you are a consumer shopping from within the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@cindaclothing.co.uk. You will need to return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence you have sent them).

This right is in addition to, and does not affect, your other rights — including our own returns process, full details of which are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@cindaclothing.co.uk and we will put things right, in line with your statutory rights.

9. Our Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we run our business. The current version will always be available on this page. Changes will not affect orders you have already placed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
