Refund & Returns Policy

Our Returns Promise

We are always happy to accept returns, regardless of reason, and returns are free. Please read the requirements below before sending anything back to us. We aim to process refunds within 1 working day of your return arriving with us.

Return conditions

1. Contact us by email at info@cindaclothing.co.uk if you wish to return or exchange an item.
2. The item must be returned with its original tag and packaging.
3. The item should not have been worn, other than for trying on.
4. If you wish to return your order, this must be actioned within 30 days of receipt.
5. Please do not wash or alter the item in any way.
6. The item must be returned in the same clean condition it was received (no marks, holes, rips or dirt).
7. Please include your full name and order number with the returned item.
8. Return postage is free – email us first and we will arrange your return at no cost to you.
