Refund policy

Our Returns Promise

We are always happy to accept returns, regardless of reason. Please read the requirements below before sending anything back to us. We aim to process refunds within 1 working day of your return arriving with us.

Return conditions

1. Contact us by email at info@cindaclothing.co.uk if you wish to return or exchange an item.
2. The item must be returned with its original tag and packaging.
3. The item should not have been worn, other than for trying on.
4. If you wish to cancel your order, please tell us within 14 days of receipt.
5. Please do not wash or alter the item in any way.
6. The item must be returned in the same clean condition it was received (no marks, holes, rips or dirt).
7. Please include your full name and order number with the returned item — without this we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
8. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

What we need from you

To help us process your return quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• The name of the person who placed the order
• The postcode the item was delivered to

If you are returning more than one item, please use a single label for the whole order.
