Terms

We are always happy to accept returns regardless of reason.

We have a few requirements to allow the return, please take a look before sending anything back.

We always process refunds within 1 working day of the item arriving back.

1. Contact us by email if you wish to return or exchange.
2. The item needs to be accompanied by its tag and packaging.
3. The item should not be worn other than for trying on purposes.
4. If you wish to cancel the order please inform us within 14 days of receipt.
5. Don't wash or alter the item in any way.
6. The item must be totally clean like when received (no marking, holes, rips, dirt etc).
7. Please add your full name and the order number with the returned item. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing the return/exchange.
8. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
